You should register – it’s free – even if you are not planning to attend any ticketed events. Although tickets are not required for the various no-cost events taking place over the reunion weekend (and so these events are not listed below), we are preparing name tags for all alumni attending, and are planning to have a free aluminum water bottle with the Lisgar coat of arms on it for the first 500 to register – and perhaps for other registered alumni too, if the budget allows.

Registering a couple who both attended Lisgar? Please note that you must complete separate registrations so that we prepare name tags for both of you.

We hope that you will consider making a tax-receiptable donation to the Friends of Lisgar campaign with your registration. Your donation will help us to continue bringing Lisgar’s Alumni Auditorium up to modern standards. Our goal is to raise $100,000 for new equipment including speakers, a sound board, lighting, curtains, a hanging projector and screen, and more. As explained in the letter you may have received from Doug Arrand (1961, teacher 1967-2000) and Neil Rau (1984), recognition for your gift will be based on the level of the donation – for example, an engraved name plate affixed to a seat in the refurbished Alumni Auditorium for a donation at the “Sponsor” level. Should you wish to make a donation in a different amount than the options below – our registration system unfortunately does not allow for donations of arbitrary amounts – you can make an online donation at lisgar.net after completing your registration, or mail a cheque made out to The Lisgar Fund to Lisgar Alumni Association, 29 Lisgar St., Ottawa, ON K2P 0B9.
